PLEASE ENSURE TO REVIEW OUR RETURNS POLICY BEFORE PURCHASING.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONTENTS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. NO CLAIMS ALLOWED AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ALLOWED WITHOUT AUTHORISATION.

In the event you receive any faulty items or missing pieces please contact us with your order reference and a photo of the item attached to the email if applicable.

We will discuss payment of returns P&P during the authorisation process. Please note that we will only ever refund postage up to the lower value of 2nd class Royal Mail non registered or any equivalent courier. If you choose to send via first class or in an outsize parcel with extra insurance these additional costs above will not be refunded.

For returns for any other authorised reason please package the items in the original condition in which they were received, and ship back to us. If an order is lost during shipment it is the buyers responsibility. Return shipping on all items will be paid by the buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
